The Eyes of Rebellion just seemed like a perfect title for a wallpaper featuring Lelouch from Code Geass. I really wanted to convey the rebellious eyes in Lelouch. So I decided to focus more on his eyes, which meant the rest of the wall suffered because I was really focused on one aspect. As I developed this wall I got advice from various AP members and I eventually decided to use the wanted poster look. I didn't add the Wanted or reward part because this image is of Lelouch and not of Zero, therefore Lelouch wouldn't have a warrant out for him. But I wanted to convey the Zero behind Lelouch. I added extra color to his eyes and faded the image into the bg. I really wanted it to just look like paper that's a bit old. It took 12 revisions until I got it right.
