The idea was to show the Japanese (Kaede) side of Kaere/Kaede Kimera, so her hair has been filled with one of the most recognizable symbols of Japan, the cherry blossom, while she is juxtaposed in front of a banner of Kaere flashing her panties/fanservicing and acting rude and annoyed.

I took the vector of Kaere from a now defunct site, flattened her eye color, filled in her hair with a separate layer of cherry blossom brush images, and selected screenshots that were about the same proportion for the banner so that they would look similar when I changed their size instead of stretched out or scrunched up.
