I made this for Princess Minako, so why not naming it thus while I'm at it ^^�
Dont really feel like saying a lot more about it now...Ah well.
The wallpaper as such is rather simple, making the character took most of the time.
Drew it with my mighty GT in the likeness of a screenshot from the Sailor Stars Series Opening Sequence.
It turned out ok considering I really suck at drawing ^^�
