Another wallpaper of Rito and Lala from To Love-Ru

Firstly, I made a pink-to-yellow background, then I cut the image with the Pen tool and got rid of the useless spots.  Then I duplicated the Rito-Lala picture one time. I then used four kind of brushes: I used the Heart one to circle the Rito-Lala layer and did the same thing with the Soccer Ball brush. Once done and with a little precision, I made two more empty layers for the small and shining stars.
