Twins Stars

A wallpaper dedicated for the twin princess sisters of To-Love-Ru : Nana Asta Deviluke & Momo Velia Deviluke.

On the background I applied a gradient from red to purple. On a layer above, I applied a star-universe brush and put a Outer Glow in the Blending Options. I cut the the image around and created a ring around it on which I also apply an Outer Glower and a Inner Glow effect. On the twin-sisters image, I applied a Distort filter effect in the Diffuse Glow. That's about it.
