No. Please download them yourself from this website.
Can you make a wallpaper of (insert character here)?
We do not have the ability to take requests. You may be able to
find what you are looking for by searching on Google (e.g. type in "Cutey Honey
wallpapers").
You can also post on our bulletin board stating your
interest in seeing a wallpaper made of that character. Some of the artists
who submit to AnimeWallpapers.com hang out there regularly and may fulfill
your request.
Finally, if you have any high quality (at least 700 pixels high)
images of that character that could be made into a good wallpaper, we
encourage you to post it in our bulletin board. Someone may be able to
make a wallpaper out of it.

Can you teach me how to make wallpapers?
No, but we can point you to some resources to help you get started.
First of all, you'll need some image
manipulation software for making the wallpapers. You'll also need some
large, high quality images to start from. Read our Wallpaper Creation Tips, browse other
peoples' wallpapers for ideas, and feel free to post your
works-in-progress on our bulletin
board to get feedback from other artists.
